Dr. Jay O. Franklin, Clinical Cardiologist and Electrophysiology
Licensed in California, Missouri, Kentucky, and Texas, Dr. Jay Franklin is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Franklin sees patients at CCT's Dallas clinic at the Baylor University Medical Center clinic and also at our clinic in Waxahachie.

Among his awards and accomplishments, Dr. Franklin has published a number of articles related to cardiology that have appeared in widely respected journals. He is also involved in important research projects to advance medical knowledge of cardiology.
