Dr. Jay O. Franklin, Clinical Cardiologist and Electrophysiology
Licensed in California, Missouri, Kentucky, and Texas, Dr. Jay Franklin is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Franklin offices at CCT's Dallas clinic at the Baylor University Medical Center clinic.
