Texas-trained and Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography, Dr. Johnston is a founding member and the managing partner of Cardiology Consultants Of Texas.

Dr. Johnston holds the distinguished certification as a CCDS (Certified Cardiac Device Specialist) by IBHRE (International Board Heart Rhythm Exam).

Dr. Johnston is also certified for Transthoracic Plus Stress Certification in Adult Echocardiography.

Dr. Johnston was named a Super Doctor for 2010 by Texas Monthly Magazine

Dr. Johnston sees patients at CCT's Dallas clinic at Baylor University Medical Center and also at our Waxahachie clinic.
